• Eligibility for Refunds:

  • Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase.
  • Refunds are only applicable if you have completed less than 20% of the course content.
  • No refunds will be issued after 14 days from the date of purchase or if more than 20% of the course has been completed.

• Process for Requesting a Refund:

  • To request a refund, please contact us at grievance@learnloopnow.com with your order details, including the course name and date of purchase.
  • Refund requests will be reviewed within 7 business days, and you will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.

• Method of Refund:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Certain services and items are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

• Courses purchased during a sale or with a discount code.
• Any fees related to certificate issuance or assessments.
• Customized or special courses designed specifically for corporate or group training.

In the unlikely event that Learnloop cancels a course, you will be entitled to a full refund, regardless of the percentage of the course completed. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of the cancellation notice.

If there are exceptional circumstances that prevent you from continuing with the course, please contact us at grievance@learnloopnow.com. We will review your situation on a case-by-case basis to determine if a partial or full refund is applicable.
